  • Typing paper
  • Decoupage paste
  • Paintbrush

    How To Make It

    1. Print out desired words such as dog, cat, friends, buddy, pal, love, etc, in different fonts, colors and sizes.
    2. To include pictures from magazines, clip them out or have copies made.
    3. Cover your work surface with newspaper. To decoupage the words or picture to your frame, trim the pieces as you like and decide where you want to put them on the frame. To add your cut-outs, brush the backside with the decoupage paste and smooth onto the frame or mat. Wrap the cutouts around the center opening and edges. Overlap pieces as you wish. Continue adding cutouts until the entire frame is or mat is covered.
    4. Let the paste dry completely.
    5. Apply decoupage paste to the front of the word or pictures.
    6. Let the paste dry completely.
    7. Put your picture inside the frame.
