Christmas Crafts - Jingle Bells Garland Supplies Scissors Paper cups (plain colors or holiday designs) Construction paper Assorted jingle bells (2 per cup) Metallic chenille stems Glitter glue or confetti glue Thick white craft glue Colored cord How To Make It If the cups are not already festive, cover paper cups in construction paper. Decorate with glues. Let it dry. Poke the base of each cup twice with a pencil point. Fold chenille stems in half and thread the ends into each hole, leaving a small loop sticking out. Twist the chenille inside the cup about a 1/4-1/2-inch below the poked out hole. Leave the rest of the chenille dangling, you need that to attach the bells. Twist a jingle bell onto each end of the stems inside the cup. String the colored cord through the loops on top of the cups. Space the bells several inches apart. Knot the cord at the top of each cup as you string them along to make sure they stay in place. Back to Christmas Crafts
