From: anonymous Newsgroups: alt.folklore.ghost-stories Subject: Insane ghost Date: 13 Jun 1995 17:32:23 GMT Ok, ok, I'll tell you this story. This actually happened to me. Now, please don't flame me. I don't have time to write back to any posts. This is alt.folklore, whether you think it really occured or not is irrelevant. But it did happen. I am a student to a psychic. For about 8 years. Yes, I have a day job and am fairly normal otherwise. How I got to be a student to a psychic belongs in a nother group. I ad taken the day off work for no particular reason on a Friday. I was just going to lay around. An older friend of mine dropped by and on the spur of the moment invited me out to dinner. So we went into Detroit. He mentioned at dinner that he would like to visit his daughter, who lived in some old subdivision in the city. Ok,fine. He also said that she had had a hard time for the last twqo years, but that things were finally settling down with her new husband. Apparently her ex had been abusive, increasingly unstable and finally killed himself. Oh. End of topic, I thought. Ah, but nooooooo. We get there and the place is in an uproar. They lived in a huge old house that was probably built in the 1920's. It was so big that a wall had been put in which split the place into 2 duplexes. The neighbor, next door, had left her houise that morning in her nightclothes. She said she saw a man at the top of the stairs with longish blond hair blue jeans, and a hole in his head. With his eyes all sunken back. She had checked into a hotel and refused to come back. This had been a culmination of a number of events. Things had come up missing, thoings broken violently. My fiends-friends, that is, daughter's little boy had seen his father a number of times in his bedroom, always at night. The daughter had not seen him, but she took a picture of her ex-husband to the neighbor at the hotel, resulting in the neighbor being taken to the ER, where she had to be sedated. Of course, it was her ex-husband. The daufghter was frantic. She had called clergy, and they had laughed at her. Not knowing who I was, she asked me point blank if I knew of anyone who could help her. I thought to meyself that someone up there really had asense of humor. I had absolutely NO intention of getting involved with an insane ghost. I fully intended to reccommend her to my teacher, who had experience with these things. I knew what to do, I just had not experience. I was about to do just that, when her little boy came in the room crying. He had blood on his face and was refusuing to go back in his bedroom for any reason. He said his daddy was trying to get him to go with him. Crap. Now I had to do something. So I said I would help her. The first thing we did was have a prayer vigil in the kitchen. I asked all my angels and guides to help guide poor David to the light where he could make a decision-maybe-about whether he wanted to go through or not. We were trying to build up the positive energy in the house. The next thing I did was go through the whole house and bless all the doors and windowss in Jesus' name with olive oil-ALL of them. Attic door to basemnt. Actully I started in the basement and ended up at the attic access door, which interestingly enough, was in the little boys room. Then it got interesting. I knew I had to go up there, becase I could feel him up there-a talent of mine-so up I went. My right mind was terrified, but the rest of me was absolutely calm. He was in the corner-absolute blackness-a sense of hatred fear, and absolute abandonment and INSANITY. He was trying to get as far away from me as he could, my presence hurt him, I think. I explained gently that he was dead, that he had no reason to stay, and that his son had a right to a life of his own. I told him that my guides were going to help to the light, and that he would be much happier if he crossed it. I let it go at that. By the time I got to the bottom of the stairs, I nearly passed out from fear. Or just adrenaline overload/. Oh yea, I forgot. When I openned the door to the attic, an object was either thrown or fell at my feet when I got all the way in. It was aheadless , naked doll. Part of me just thought, how cliche. I don't know what the other part thought. Who knows, maybe it did fall. Well, there it is. The neighbor never went back to her house, not even for her belongings. They did get some peace for about 6 months after our "exorcism", but David did end up coming back. I never founfd out what happened after that. I've had some other interactions with ghosts, but none as wild as that first one. If anybody has an "infestation" that they want to get rid ogf, some variation of the above procedure should do just fine. Zubrovka, excellent stuff! Keep it up! Hope you enjoyed it. I didn't, while it was happening to me. And it's way too bizarre for party filler. But it was the strangest thing I've ever had happen as a student. Elena Alternative healer --
