Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Allspcie
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 19oz. can apple pie filling

    Topping

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Butter

    Method

    1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
    2. Cream next 3 ingredients together in a seperate bowl.
    3. Blend the dry mixture with the creamed mixture using 3/4 cup milk a little at a time.
    4. Add the pie filling and mix together.
    5. Mix topiing together and sprinkle on cake.
    6. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes
