Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups cranberries

    Method

    1. In a saucepan mix water and sugar. Stir to disolve sugar. Bring to a boil
    2. Add cranberries and return to a boil, reduce heat. Boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
    3. Pour into sterilized jars and seal, or cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate.
