Turkey Gravy
Ingredients
2 cups turkey drippings, grease skimmed off
3-4 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
½ c Water
Method
- In a saucepan mix drippings, water and 3 tbsp flour. If it doesn't thicken enough, add more flour.
- Bring to a boil and stir constantly until gravy thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
