Tortilla Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 5 hot dogs, Oscar Mayer Beef Light
  • 5 Small soft flour tortillas
  • 5 cheese slices
  • Salsa

    Method

    1. Place hot dogs on a microwave safe plate and microwave on High for 1-2 minute (to 160 degrees). Set aside.
    2. Take one tortilla, place one cooked hot dog and a slice of cheese on one end of the tortilla.
    3. Microwave on High for 20 seconds or until melted.
    4. Add salsa.
    5. Roll up tortilla and serve.
