Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 - 14oz. can pumpkin
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup cream
1 pie shell
Method
- Mix together first four ingredients, thoroughly.
- Stir in eggs.
- Add pumpkin; blend well.
- Stir in milk and cream.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 450º for 20 minutes. Reduce to 350º for 25 minutes or until firm and crust is well browned.
