Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients
2 onions, diced
1½ celery stalks, diced small
10 potatoes, cooked, dry mashed and cooled
5 loaves white bread (leave out to dry 1½ days), take crust off and cube
1½ tsp savory
1½ tsp sage (or more to taste)
1/8 tsp ginger
Dash of celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
- Mix everything together in a large bowl.
- Stuff both ends of turkey.
- Cook turkey. Once turkey is done cooking, remove stuffing into a bowl. Serve hot.
