Turkey Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups turkey drippings, grease skimmed off
  • 3-4 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ c Water

    Method

    1. In a saucepan mix drippings, water and 3 tbsp flour. If it doesn't thicken enough, add more flour.
    2. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until gravy thickens.
    3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
