Baked Ham
Ingredients
1 ham (fully cooked shank of butt portion)
3 tbsp of pineapple juice
Pineapple slices
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place ham in baking pan and place in oven. Bake half of the baking time (cook ham 15 minutes for every pound)
- Remove ham from the oven. Place pineapple slices on ham with toothpicks. Add juice to pan.
- Continue cooking until done, basting regularly.
- Allow ham to sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
