Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 ham (fully cooked shank of butt portion)
  • 3 tbsp of pineapple juice
  • Pineapple slices

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Place ham in baking pan and place in oven. Bake half of the baking time (cook ham 15 minutes for every pound)
    3. Remove ham from the oven. Place pineapple slices on ham with toothpicks. Add juice to pan.
    4. Continue cooking until done, basting regularly.
    5. Allow ham to sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
