Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1½ celery stalks, diced small
  • 10 potatoes, cooked, dry mashed and cooled
  • 5 loaves white bread (leave out to dry 1½ days), take crust off and cube
  • 1½ tsp savory
  • 1½ tsp sage (or more to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • Dash of celery salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

    Method

    1. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
    2. Stuff both ends of turkey.
    3. Cook turkey. Once turkey is done cooking, remove stuffing into a bowl. Serve hot.
